Prayer Gatherings

Tent of Meeting Prayer | Wednesdays, 7-8 am | Room 101 at CrossPoint. Everyone is welcome to come participate in this weekly time of seeking God and prayer hosted by Grant Engeman. This meeting has two parts each week: the first part is a time for personal listening and responding to God and the second part is a communal time of prayer together along a guided theme. The inspirational passage for this gathering is Exodus 33:7, "Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the “tent of meeting.” Anyone inquiring of the Lord would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp."

Before we do anything, we pray. Share your prayer requests with the #CPfamily or you can choose to share them with just church staff. You are welcome to add your name to the request or you can choose to remain anonymous. No matter what you choose, you will be prayed for. You are not alone!

Please pray that I find a job soon. I have been unemployed for almost 6 months and finances have been stretched to the limit. Also pray that I return to the church and start participating again.

Please pray for a young man named Josh who has been staying with my son in his apartment in my house, and sharing meals with us. We are trying to help him get his life restarted, and meeting with some terrific opposition. Please pray that those evil people trying to dig a pit for Josh, would fall into it themselves. Please pray the truth could come out, and that Josh would be protected.

My Grandmother has been moved into hospice care. They do not expect that she will be with us much longer. I know to be absent from this body is to be with the Lord. I would like prayer for a peaceful passing for her. And comfort for my family in this time.

Pray for me as I lead games VBS at Faith Lutheran Church this week.

Prayers for our friend Julie. Her daughter has epilepsy and in the hospital with an internal bleed they are unable to find. Asking for peace for the family and wisdom for the doctors to find where the bleed is and to repair it. Julie's grand daughter graduates tomorrow from high school and is apprehensive to what is happening with her mom. Asking for miraculous healing. Thank you for your prayers June olson
