Easter Game Plan

This Easter, we have a 5-point game plan for the Sunday Serving time. They are:


2. Park across the street.

Since we’re serving breakfast before the services, everything gets bumped an hour earlier than your normal schedule & with a lot of guests, they will need your help to find their way around.


1. Be early.

We want to create as much space as possible for our guests.


3. Eat breakfast.

It’s going to be a busy morning, and we’ll need you in your places while the rest of the attenders are eating breakfast. But don’t worry - we’ll have breakfast available at 7:45 am. Second service team, please plan to come and eat early, too.


4. Pray. Pray. Pray.

This is an important day when people who rarely or would never step into a church are here. Let's start praying for them now!


5. Be ready to celebrate.

The Lord is Risen! Let’s share big smiles and welcomes with all who walk through the door and the hope we have because of Jesus!

The Schedule FOR APRIL 5

FIRST SERVICE

8:10am Sunday Serving Team Huddle

8:15am Sunday Serving Team to their stations / Place Parking sign out on the road

8:30am Breakfast in the South Lobby & Room 200

8:55am Worship team begins

9:00am Service starts, auditorium doors close (close blinds if needed)

9:15am Team member (except ushers) join service; Ushers remain at the back door

9:50am Usher team pass buckets, all other team members return to their stations

10:00am Worship team closing; Auditorium doors opened by the Ushers (open blinds)

10:20am First Service team members are relieved by volunteer team for second service


SECOND SERVICE

9:40am Sunday Serving Team Huddle

9:45am Sunday Serving Team to their stations

10:00am Breakfast in the South Lobby & Room 200

10:25am Worship team begins

10:30am Service starts, and auditorium doors close (close blinds if needed)

10:45am Team member (except ushers) join service; Ushers remain at the back door

11:20am Usher team pass baskets, all other team members return to their stations

11:30am Auditorium doors opened by the Ushers

11:45am Second Service volunteers focus on clean up as available.
